What counts as a call

One call is one tool invocation by your agent. A single question can trigger several; your agent decides which tools it needs. Limits apply per hour and per day, and reset automatically.

Billing questions

Every account starts on the free plan, so you can try Altfy before entering a card. Payments are handled by Stripe and we never store card data. Starter and Pro bill to your card monthly, or annually at a lower monthly rate (the annual plan is charged once a year, up front). You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, where your invoices and payment method also live. Enterprise is invoiced under a custom agreement.
